Hello, I’m Helen the founder of Soulful Woman Rising® and I’m delighted that you have landed here. Thank you for your presence. My online ceremonies are an opportunity for evolving women to gather in circle and generate welcomed transformation within themselves and their lives. My intention is to enable you to be your own healing authority, so that you can RISE empowered and free.
The invitation is to unlock the medicine cabinet within you; healing conditioned and inherited limiting beliefs, toxic emotional patterns and/or self-sabotaging behaviours. Once liberated from these restrictive energies, I encourage new aspects of your true essence to organically emerge through guided activations. This continuous unveiling of authenticity allows you to THRIVE, as the awesome, limitless woman you are!
My ceremonies offer dedicated time and space for YOU. Valuable time to be present with your thoughts, feelings and experienced sensations. This helps cultivate self-awareness, self-apprecaition and self-empowerment. I professionally hold space, so that you feel safe to confidently access deeper layers of your being so that you can make desired LIFE-CHANGING shifts. Ceremonies are open to and cater for curious beginners, as well as seasoned self-empowerment individuals.

Each ceremony has its own theme. The fundamental intention of this offering is to aid your journey home to your Sovereign essence, power and gifts. Your sovereignty is YOUR birthright, as you hold within you and always have, the power of autonomy. The ability to self-govern (free from the influence or interference of others), gifts YOU the freedom to rule your inner realms;

You may have forgotten this, but thankfully we are living in the age of remembrance. We are HERE to wake each other up. We are HERE to support one another. For some time now we have ALL been universally invited to Re-awaken, Re-claim and Re-birth the truth of who WE are. This has been and continues to be an unfolding process. An individual voyage of self-discovery and self-realisation. A collective quest of healing and meaningful connection.
Join me so that individually and collectively, reclaim our DESTINY as a Sovereign being. Through somatic release, we will shed the false layers of our shadow, letting go of all that no longer serves in terms of beliefs, emotional and sensations. A guided activation will then facilitate the remembrance of our sovereign heart, mind, body and soul, so that we can RISE HIGHER in the magnificence of our Sovereign Self.
